I'm experiencing this weird tik tik sound in my left ear, and it feels like there's air trapped in there. Sometimes the sound happens continuously, and then just stops out of nowhere. Should I be concerned about this? What might be causing it?

I've been experiencing a strange pricking sensation at the back of my tongue, deep in my throat. It's been happening since I had some roasted jeera powder mixed with lemon water.
