Burning sensation in the penis tip area, mostly while urinating, can be a sign of a urinary tract infection or a sexually transmitted infection. Since you are sexually active and engaging in unprotected intercourse, it is important to get tested for STIs. I recommend you take an antibiotic like Azithromycin 1g as a single dose and Ceftriaxone 250mg intramuscularly. Additionally, drink plenty of water to help flush out any infection. It is also important to practice safe sex to prevent future infections.
