I'm feeling feverish for the past 10 days, and it's been really worrying me. Back on May 17th, I had a bad case of breathlessness, so I saw a pulmonologist who recommended some tests. My IGE test result was 528 and the absolute eosinophils count was 600. He also had me do a PFT and then prescribed Spirodin M and Budetrol400 inhaler. What's puzzling is this constant feverish feeling, though I don't have any body pain, headache, or breathing problemsno symptoms like corona, thankfully. It's mostly after eating, but it doesnt seem connected to any specific food. Do you think there's any other test I should do, or should I go visit another doctor? Would love any advice you might have.

I've been dealing with an allergic bronchial cough for the past 12 years. It tends to get really bad during the winter months, and this time it kicked off around November. I usually dont find much relief with medicines or inhalers, but I tried Ascoril plus syrup recently, and surprisingly, there's been some improvement. I'd say the cough is about 50% better, and I'm hoping it continues to help. I've been taking 10 ml of it, three times a day, for the last three days. Im just a bit worried about how long I can safely continue to use this medicine and what the proper dosage should be. Also, I've noticed some tremors in my hands after starting it. I'm really worried about my brother who has been in the ICU for two weeks now on ventilation because of COVID. His HRCT score is really high at 25 and the doctors have mentioned he might need a lung transplant and ECMO support which started on June 1st. Thankfully, he's responding okay to it, but his pulse is normal while his Spo2 is stuck at 75. They're saying he has to wait 60 days for the transplant. Do you think he'll be okay until then? Its scary because 100% of his lungs are infected. We had him airlifted to Apollo Hyderabad from Patna and he's still testing positive for COVID. Hes just 34 and never had any health issues before this. His WBC is at 20000, CRP is at 186, and D-dimer is at 1380. What do you think are his chances?
