I'm having this odd issue where my voice changes a little after I've been speaking for a while, and people often mention it sounds like I have two different voices. It's not causing any pain or problems with my neck, but it's just really bothering me. Do you have any idea why this might be happening and what I could do about it?

I'm having a lot of discomfort in my throat whenever I eat or drink. It started about two days ago, and it feels like theres something blocking my throat on one side. But now, it's gotten worse and much more painful, and I feel it in three different areas. I currently have some crocin cold and flu tablets, but I recently heard that they might be banned by the government. Is it still safe for me to take them? I don't have any other medication on hand.
