I'm having a skin allergy for the past couple of days with these small red spots and it's quite itchy. I took an Avil tablet the day before yesterday, but it's still bothering me. Should I be worried about this, or try something else?

I've used surfaz cream and some antibiotics my urologist suggested, which seemed to clear up the infection. But then after seeing a dermatologist for the infection scars, he gave me desonide cream. When I masturbated two weeks later, the red spots came back. I went back to the dermatologist, and now I'm using onabet sd lotion, a fluconazole tablet, and a tablet called dazit. I just want to know how to completely get rid of this condition. I'm also concerned if the redness when my penis is hard is due to the infection. My sugar level is 119, so I don't have diabetes, and I'm 25. What should I do?
