Question

I'm noticing that the skin around my thigh and under the testicles is changing color, sometimes getting darker and at other times looking pale. I've been using Candid B cream and baby powder to keep the area dry, but it doesn't seem to be improving. Should I be worried about these changes in skin color? Is there something else I should be doing?
