I'm noticing some blood spots in the mucus from my nose and occasionally when I cough or clear my throat, it comes from my mouth too. This just started a couple of days ago. Should I be worried about this? What could be causing it?

I've been having this on-and-off pain in my right side submandibular gland for some time now, the weird thing is the swelling just won't go away. It's been like this for 2 years! And lately, for about a month, there's this persistent pain at the base of my neck where the skull ends and also inside my head, all on the right side. I've been having some issues after using Otrivin nasal spray just once. My nose feels really dry now and I've lost my sense of smell. I can't even sneeze and sometimes it's hard for me to breathe. It's been like this for two weeks and I'm kind of worried. Could the spray have caused this?
