I'm really concerned about having a fever every evening for the past two months. It never goes above 100 degrees in the evenings but stays under 98.6 in the morning and during the day. I consulted a pulmonologist and had a chest contrast CT scan. The results showed small calcified left hilar lymph nodes. Could this be causing my evening fever? I'm also starting to feel weak and tired with my daily activities. Could you give me some insight into what's going on?

I'm really confused about my situationI've been feeling weak for the past two weeks. When I went to the doctor, they said it's likely a viral infection. But I'm also dealing with congestion in my head and ears, like there's something similar to a cough. After five days of taking meds, nothing's changed.
