I'm really struggling with acne, and it feels like things are just getting worse over time. I've been dealing with this for the last 12 years, and it just seems like there's no end in sight. I've been dealing with this pimple on my areola for about a year now. It started off small, and I squeezed it once, which caused this white sticky stuff to come out. But this past week, it got bigger, turned red, and was filled with pus. It actually burst on its own today and got smaller, but it's still red. Should I stick with the 20mg, or do you think a stronger dose might be necessary for my mild to severe acne? Also, is there a more affordable option for Isotretinoin capsules than Resoten 20?

Eventually, they become these abscesses filled with pus. This has been happening for about a year now. I've seen a physician for it and tried some antibiotics, but I'm still struggling with this. What could be causing these to keep coming back, and is there anything else I should be doing or asking my doctor about?
