Question

I'm really struggling with a heavy cough, and I'm dealing with allergy symptoms and general weakness too. On top of that, I have swelling in my joints and itchy palms. It's been so bad that I've had to take a Levocetirizine capsule every day to manage it. Without it, I just can't handle the cough at all. Is there anything else I can do or try to make this better?
