I'm really worried about my dad. He's been on TB medication for 10 days now, but he's started having sharp pain in his back where his lungs are, especially when he breathes. The doctor mentioned before it might be swelling in the lungs, but now the pain's gotten much worse. Is this something new we should be concerned about, or is it related to the TB treatment? Any advice would be appreciated.

My mom just got a positive COVID result and today marks the 7th day of her fever journey. I checked her blood work, and it's mostly normal with a CRP of 7, and her Spo2 is at 99. I recently got a chest X-ray after being treated for pulmonary TB back in 2002. I was cured after taking medication for six months. Now, my X-ray report from March 16, 2017, shows calcified fibro nodular densities in both upper lung fields, but everything else seems finelungs are clear, trachea's in the midline, heart's not enlarged, and the costophrenic angles are sharp and distinct. The report concludes there's a chronic inflammatory process in both upper lung fields. Could you help me understand what this means? I'm a little concerned and would appreciate your insight.
