The fever's gone now, but she's having chest pain when she has a dry cough. Should we consider going for a chest X-ray, or is an HRCT a better option? I'm really unsure about the best step here.

I've been having shortness of breath for about a week now, and it seems to be getting worse every day. I saw a physician last week who thought it might be related to acidity, so I took medication for that, but it hasn't really helped my breathing at all. It gets particularly bad at night, although once I'm asleep, it's not an issue. I've noticed that as I become more aware of my breathing, the problem seems to intensify. I've got a bit of a cough in my throat and occasionally my nose gets blocked, which only adds to the difficulty. I end up having to breathe through my mouth and yawn a lot just to feel like I'm getting enough air. Do you have any idea what might be going on?

I'm really worried and feeling quite anxious. I had COVID last month and was doing fine, but now, 15 days into recovery, I've started having a productive cough and some mild pain when I cough. I got an X-ray that showed hilar lymphadenopathy. My oxygen is at 99, blood pressure is normal, and I don't have a fever. I just got my CBC count done and attached the report. I'm terrified about what this might mean. Is this something serious? Will I be okay? Here's the treatment I'm currently on: Monocef O CV, Amcon, Mucinac 600, and today they added Deflacort 6.
