Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin 625mg orally,thrice dailly for 5 days,tab levocetrizine 10 mg for 5 days and syrup salbutoml 10 ml thrice dailly for 5 days.

I've been diagnosed with covid and my CT score was 25, and my scan showed a 225 pt infection in the upper right lung. I've been on medication like ivermectin, clavum, mondeslor, zincovit, limcee, and dolo for the past three days. Ive also been doing steam inhalations three times a day and drinking hot lemon water and kadha. Now, Ive started coughing and my oxygen levels are around 98-99, plus I'm feeling a little short of breath. I dont have a fever though. Do you think I should start taking a steroid like medrol, or should I stick to my 5-day treatment plan with cough syrup and steam inhalation for now to see if things get better?

I'm really worried and need some advice. For the past three months, I've been waking up every morning with brown phlegm, but the rest of the day it's clear. It's coming from my throat, and I dont have a cough. I don't smoke, and I live in a calm area with low pollution and a humid climate.
