This type of fungal infection in the thighs can be treated with antifungal medications. I recommend using Clotrimazole cream twice daily on the affected areas for at least 2-4 weeks. Additionally, taking Fluconazole tablets once a week for 4-6 weeks can also help in treating the infection. It is important to maintain good hygiene and keep the affected areas clean and dry to prevent recurrence.
