I'm really worried about starting to use a revoliser. My parents keep telling me it's something I'll have to use for the rest of my life, which makes me hesitant to start it even though it's been prescribed to me. They're big believers in Ayurveda, and I wonder if that might be a better option for me. Will I really have to rely on a revoliser forever? Could it become something I get addicted to? I'm dealing with a dry cough related to my respiratory system and have an allergy to dust. Every now and then, I also experience some pain in my heart. This has been going on for about three years. I'm really concerned about my uncle who is 60 years old. He's been having mild fever on and off and he's also lost some weight recently. I know he has a history of smoking, which worries me more. We got an AFB test, and it came back negative for TB, but his chest CT scan showed some serious stuff. There are a few nodular areas of consolidation in his lungs that have irregular margins and some of them show central necrosis. They also mentioned something about fibrotic pleuroparenchymal bands. The report suggests it might be an infectious process like TB, but they also said we cant rule out cancer without a biopsy. There are also some small nodular lesions in his right upper lobe and left upper lobe, and the CT scan mentioned mediastinal lymphadenopathy, which I've read can be really serious. Could you help me understand what all this means and what steps we should take next?

I'm not sure what's been going on with me for the past 20 days. I've been feeling this shortness of breath, and when I try to take a deep breath, it feels like my heart's under pressure. My heart rate seems to jump around a lot too. It's scaring me a bitcould this be something serious like COVID-19? A local doctor mentioned something about swelling in my breathing pipe, but I'm not convinced. I've had various tests done like ECG, TSH, LFT, Creatinine, and a CT scan of my stomachall normal. This was all done at Fortis Hospital in Noida. The reports only mentioned an enlarged spleen, and the gastro doc said my digestive system is fine. This is the first time I've experienced such breathing issues, and it's really worrying me. I've attached my X-ray. Could you tell me if the prescribed treatment is safe and if it might help?
