I'm really worried about this vitiligo I've had on my hands for the last 3 years. It's starting to spread to my face too. I've tried so many medications, but nothing seems to be helping. How can I stop it from spreading further?

Whenever I wear tight clothes, I get a burning feeling on a small part of the skin when I walk. I've been using clotrimazole, but it's not really helping. Could you give me some advice on what else I can do?
