I've got this lump on my butt cheek, maybe about an inch or so in diameter. Sometimes it swells up, I think because of the heat or something. It's really hard not to try to pop it a bit because it sort of tears when I sit, then it releases some pus and eventually calms down. My English isn't great, but I hope you get what I'm saying.
