Question

I'm really worried because I tested IGG positive in July and had an unknown fever in June. Now I'm experiencing a burning sensation in my chest and stomach, and sometimes it's a bit hard to breathe. I also feel dizzy all day and can't seem to have a restful night's sleep. I read somewhere that people could have lung issues after having COVID. Can you please advise on what might be going on?

I've been dealing with this annoying dry cough ever since I had a viral fever about a month ago. The cold was gone in about a week, but the cough is still sticking around. It's weird because some days it's just here and there, but other days it's pretty frequent. I can't figure out what's triggering it. It's my first time having a cough linger for almost a month. This week, I was back in the hospital with another chest tube, and interestingly enough, I barely burped at all while I was there. Now that I'm back home, the burping has started up again, and it's painful to take a deep breath. I'm really worried my lung might have collapsed again. Could these issues be connected? Should I go back to the hospital?
