I'm a smoker and have been feeling pain in my lungs, plus I've got this burning sensation in my stomach. I'm also dealing with gastric and digestive issues. Can you tell me what might be going on or what tests I could get to check my lungs' health? I've been getting this itchy feeling on my chest, and my left shoulder and arm are aching. I'm really looking for some advice on how to deal with these problems and any precautions I should be taking for my lungs. Would appreciate any help.
