Missing a dose of ecospirin 75 (aspirin) can increase the risk of blood clots forming in your arteries, which can lead to serious conditions such as heart attack or stroke. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
