I'm using Deriva CMS gel and Venusia cream for my acne as my doctor suggested, but I'm a little worried. My skin is super dry and sensitive. Is it really safe to use the Deriva CMS gel all over my face? I've read about some possible side effects and I just want to make sure. Can you help me figure this out?

I've been seeing a dermatologist since August, but there hasn't been any improvement so far. I've been using Pacroma, Topcort, and Vitix, and before that, I was on Olmis and Melgain. Plus, I've been taking antioxidants. I'm just really anxious about this and wondering if there's anything else I should be doing to help with this condition?
