I'm using Proanagen for my hair, and I'm a bit confused about when to apply the solution. Should it go on after washing my hair, or is it okay before? I usually wash my hair every three days. And do I need to wash my hair straight after using the solution? My doctor suggested taking Proanagen tablets daily too, but I just want to make sure I'm doing it right. What's the best way to use both the solution and the tablets?

Proanagen solution for hair should be applied on dry scalp before hairwash. It is not compulsory to wash your hair immediately after applying the solution. You can apply the solution at any time, but it is recommended to leave it on for at least a few hours before washing your hair. Since you wash your hair once every 3 days, you can apply the solution on the days you do not wash your hair. As for the Proanagen tablet, you should take it daily as prescribed by your doctor.
