Question

I've been having this really uncomfortable problem with severe itching all over my body, and whenever I scratch, these lines show up on my skin. It seems like the only thing that helps is taking cetirizine. It usually stops the itching for about a week, but then it all starts again. I'm not sure what's going on. Could this be something serious or is there a way to treat it so it doesn't keep coming back?
