I'm wondering if it's okay to skip my vitamin C enerc 1000 doses every now and then. Will it affect my treatment if I miss some doses here and there? What would you recommend I do in this situation?

I've been struggling with what I think is jock itch for over a year and a half. I've tried all sorts of oral meds and creams, and while the redness has cleared up, my entire groin, buttocks, and underarms have turned really dark. Plus, they itch sometimes.
