Question

I'm wondering why my palms and feet sometimes get really hot, even though I don't have any other issues. I don't have a burning or tingling sensation, and my body temperature is normal, but it's just that my palms and feet feel really hot at times. What could be causing this?

The intermittent hot palms and feet without any other symptoms or medical conditions could be attributed to various factors, including anxiety or stress, overactive thyroid (although you mentioned no medical conditions), hormonal fluctuations, poor circulation, or sympathetic nervous system response; to alleviate symptoms, try relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga, wear breathable clothing and socks, and soak your hands and feet in cool water when they become hot, but if the issue persists, consult a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying conditions.
