I'm worried because an ant crawled inside my ear and ever since, I've been dealing with a headache. Should I be concerned about the ant being in there, and is the headache related to it? What should I do?

I've been having these solid gummy fleshy things come out of my nose which I think might be nasal polyps. I get really bad sinus infections about three times a year since my tonsils and adenoids were taken out when I was in 4th grade. I'm 20 now and these sinus infections just seem to hit me overnight.
