I've been dealing with Allergic Bronchitis for a few years now, but recently it's been getting really bad. I'm having to use my inhaler and nebulizer every day. It's becoming harder to manage, and I'm also getting constant headaches and having trouble sleeping. Can you suggest what I can do to help with these issues?

I'm wondering if it's safe to start taking an expectorant like Ascoril along with my inhalers. Is that advisable, or should I avoid mixing them?
