I'm having trouble with my breathing lately, and there's this constant humming noise when I'm sleeping. I've also been dealing with a prolonged cough, and sometimes it feels like there's a sizzling sensation throughout my body. What could be going on with me?

I'm a 50-year-old mom of two and I've been struggling with this unbearable coughing. It's like I can't stop until I cough up the phlegm, which is really painful. My doctor gave me some medicine and suggested using a nebulizer, but honestly, I'm not satisfied and just want to understand what's really wrong. Can you help me figure out what might be causing this?

He's unable to talk or do much of anything. He also has TB and HIV, so I'm wondering how that affects things. Can you help me understand what's going on with him?
