I'm having a really hard time breathing normally. I used to smoke regularly, but I've quit that habit recently. Now, when I breathe, it feels like the muscles on the left side of my chest are stretching, and I can't seem to breathe properly. I've also stopped drinking alcohol, which I did before. I've been checking my symptoms online, and it pointed to cough variant asthma. All the symptoms seem to match, and I already know I have asthma since I use an inhaler.
