Is there anything critical in my report? I'm worried because it mentions both hila are congested, but everything else seems normal like the cardiac shadow and costophrenic angles. Should I be concerned about the hila congestion? What does this mean for my overall lung health?

BOTH HILA ARE CONGESTED.THIS IS A POSITIVE FINDING. THIS MUST BE TAKEN CARE. DO YOU HAVE CONSENT COUGH? ARE YOU A SMOKER OR OCCASIONAL ALCOHOLIC? NEED PROPER EXAMINATION BY PULMONOLOGIST

I'm a little confused about the results from my x-ray and ALV. They mentioned something about discrete and linear infiltrates in my left upper lobe, and said my right upper lobe is clear. They also noted it might be a chronic inflammatory lung issue like ptb fibroid type. Can you help me understand what this means? I'm a bit worried about what it indicates for my lung health.

That says you have a chronic bacterial infection in the upper part of your lung, visit Pulmonologist for appropriate management

I'm really concerned about this shortness of breath I've been having for the past 10 days. My oxygen saturation is between 97 and 98, but I don't feel it when I'm walking quickly and I sleep just fine. I had mild COVID symptoms back in October 2020, and the shortness of breath was there until December, but everything's been alright for the past 3.5 months. I even got a CT scan through my pulmonologist, and everything seemed okay. But what's weird is if my mind is busy, I don't notice it, and if I try to take a deep breath on purpose, I just can't. What might be going on?

it might be due to anxiety

I'm really having trouble with deep breathing and I've been coughing up brown mucus pretty often. How normal is this supposed to be? It's been over a month on medication but I'm not seeing much improvement. How long does something like this usually take to get better?
