I'm having a really hard time breathing normally. I used to smoke regularly, but I've quit that habit recently. Now, when I breathe, it feels like the muscles on the left side of my chest are stretching, and I can't seem to breathe properly. I've also stopped drinking alcohol, which I did before. One side of my nose seems to work okay, but the other side doesn't. Could this be related to quitting smoking or something else?

View allI'm about five months into my TB treatment now. My cough has improved a lot, and I don't have the fever like before, plus I've gained 7 kg. I don't really have any other issues, but I still have this occasional cough during the day, like 20 to 30 times, just a small cough each time. My GeneXpert test was positive, and the EBUS FNAC showed caseating epithelioid granuloma cells when I had it done at Apollo Hospital. I'm a bit worried about when this cough is going to go away completely. Are there other possibilities I should be aware of? Do I need to extend my medication to 12 months?
good immunity is required to overcome cough, try eating nutritious food

I'm finding myself taking really deep breaths more often, and it feels like I'm putting in extra effort just to breathe sometimes. Is this something that's normal, or do you think I should get it checked out with some tests?
Normal,nothing to worry ok.

I'm really worried about my grandfather who was just admitted to the ICU after having a cerebral stroke. Now he's got pneumonia, and I noticed the doctor reduced his oxygen cylinder level from 8 to 5. Ever since, his SpO2 has been around 85. I'm trying to understand why the doctor would lower his oxygen like that, especially when his condition doesn't seem to be getting better. What could be the reason for this decision?
