I'm dealing with allergic bronchitis and allergic rhinitis for a while now, and I'm taking Ab Phylline SR 200 and Symbicort. I just got my blood test results back, and my ESR is at 24, which seems a bit high, and my lymphocytes are at 43.8, above the usual limit. Is this something I should be concerned about in relation to my allergy issues? Could these levels be contributing to my symptoms?

View allI'm having some trouble with low breathing when I'm in hilly areas. I got my TMT and echo tests done, and they came back normal. Should I be worried about staying in the hills, or would it be better for me to move back to a more level area?
High altitude is the cause. seroflo rotahaler sos for breathing difficulty is advised to the patient.

How long is it safe to keep a pulse oximeter on my finger? I've noticed that when I leave it on for a while, the readings sometimes start to drop. Is this something to be concerned about?

I'm really worried about my uncle, he's 62 and has IHD. He's dealing with this massive left-sided pleural effusion and he's been in Railway hospital Bhaykhala with an ICD in place. We've been seeing a daily output of about 350-400ml of pleural fluid that's yellowish with a slight reddish tinge. The doctors at Tata hospital did two cytology tests for malignant cells and both came back negative. A PET-CT scan showed a small extra pleural nodule about 11x7mm at the pulmonary confluence, needing histopathological correlation, and the SUV max is 4.3. They've tried Augmentin and Magself Cefoperazone, but the fluid output hasn't changed. They've recommended a biopsy of the nodule. I'm just wondering if there are any other treatment options we could consider.
