I'm having some trouble with low breathing when I'm in hilly areas. I got my TMT and echo tests done, and they came back normal. Should I be worried about staying in the hills, or would it be better for me to move back to a more level area?

My mom is 58 and shes been dealing with asthma. Lately, she's having a hard time even walking just a few steps without losing her breath and starting to pant. She says she feels chest pain every now and then too. Im really worried about her. Is there something we can do to help or treat these issues?
