Question
I've been dealing with this dry cough for 25 days and now I'm starting to feel pain in my chest whenever I cough. My breathing's gotten faster too, especially at night - the cough is so bad that I can't even sleep. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

Coughing can inflame lungs and air passages, leading to chest tightness. This symptom should improve when the cough clears up
