I've been dealing with this internal cold and sore throat for a couple of months now, and on top of that, I've got gas problems that are causing constipation. It feels like my belly is constantly filled with gas, and it's really making life hard for me. I've tried some medicines like some kind of pauladom and lanol, and they helped for a while with the gas. But then it all started up again, and now my doctor has me on some sinno spray for the cold and rablet. Could you help me understand what these symptoms might be all about?

When higher antibiotics are taken they kill the normal flora of the gut, and cause irregular bowel movements. They also cause gastritis. For this you will have to take a course of probiotics. Also other causes for irregular bowel movements and gastritis like malabsorption syndromes, metabolic disorders, crohns disease, ulcerative colitis will have to be looked at. So kindly consult a nearby general surgeon for your abdomen problems and ENT specialist for cold and sore throat. You might be started on proton pump inhibitors and probiotics for the same.
