Question

I've been dealing with this issue where I keep having this irritating feeling in my throat like there's mucus constantly forming there. I used to get this sensation maybe every 3 or 4 months, but for the past 6 months, it's been happening every single day and it's really affecting my life. On top of that, I've been experiencing what's probably gas reflux, and it's making things even worse. It's become quite miserable, and I'm finding it hard to eat. Do you have any idea what might be going on or how I could get some relief?
