I've been dealing with a jock itch and it's really bothering me. The infection's on my neck, thighs, and even my ears. I'm not sure what kind of treatment would work bestshould I go for allopathy or try homeopathy? I'm really eager to find a cure. What do you suggest?

Could the water be causing this? Also, I tried using lotion but it just made things flakier and scalier. I even used a prescription steroid cream and that didnt seem to work either. What do you think might be happening?
