I'm dealing with tinea cruris and used RABHICO Skin Ointment, which is similar to btex. Now I'm experiencing redness, pain, and swelling over a large area. What should I do about this reaction? Is it normal, or should I be worried?

It sounds like you may be experiencing an adverse reaction to the ointment you used. Stop using it immediately and soothe your skin with a cool compress, moisturizers, and anti-inflammatory creams. If the symptoms persist, it's essential to consult a doctor for a proper diagnosis and alternative treatment for your tinea cruris.

View allI'm really worried about these white patches on the inside of the skin on my penis. I've tried so many creams to get rid of them, but nothing seems to work. I'm even considering removing the skin as a last resort. Could you please help me find a way to get my skin back to its normal color?
Based on the symptoms, it's possible that your son had a viral infection, which is common in children. *Immediate Action* 1. *Consult the clinic doctor again*: Update them on the recurring pain and seek further guidance. 2. *Monitor temperature*: Keep an eye on your son's temperature and administer medication as prescribed. 3. *Pain management*: Continue administering Crosin (Paracetamol) as directed by the doctor. *General Guidance* 1. *Rest and hydration*: Ensure your son gets plenty of rest and fluids to help his body recover. 2. *Observation*: Closely monitor your son's symptoms and report any changes or concerns to the doctor. 3. *Follow-up appointment*: Schedule a follow-up appointment with the doctor to review your son's progress. *When to Seek Emergency Care* 1. *Severe pain*: If the pain worsens or becomes unbearable. 2. *High fever*: If the fever exceeds 104F (40C) or persists for an extended period. 3. *Difficulty breathing*: If your son experiences difficulty breathing or shows signs of distress.

Im from India, and Ive noticed that my skin is a bit uneven. My inner thighs and buttocks seem much darker compared to the rest of my body, especially after I had a fungal infection there which has now cleared up. I'm also a little overweight, which might contribute to the issue. Is there any cream or treatment that could help lighten these dark areas? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Lulican 1.. cream is advised for 2 weeks and also u can take tablet levocetrizine , orally for 7 days.

I've been dealing with a dandruff issue and it's getting really frustrating. The dandruff is quite bad and it's making my scalp itch a lot more than usual. Do you have any suggestions on how I can fix this?
To tackle dandruff and itching, try an anti-dandruff shampoo containing zinc pyrithione (Head & Shoulders), ketoconazole (Nizoral), or salicylic acid (Neutrogena), and complement it with an apple cider vinegar rinse, coconut oil treatment, or tea tree oil application to soothe the scalp and reduce flaking.
