I've been dealing with constant dandruff and a really itchy scalp for quite a while now. Over the past two years, my hair's been thinning a lot. A couple of doctors mentioned it might be seborrheic dermatitis. I've got this white to yellowish grainy dandruff that sticks to my hair strands and roots. My scalp gets super oily and greasy really fast, like it's greasy the day after I wash it. There's also acne building up on my scalp, and the itchiness is through the roof. Currently, I'm using Hair4u serum daily, taking Vitamin 12, applying Noskarf lotion every other day, and shampooing regularly. I haven't been oiling my hair either. I've also tried natural remedies like apple cider vinegar and curd. But with the Hair4u 5% minoxidil, the itchiness seems to have gotten worse. I've experimented with so many things but haven't seen any improvement. Any advice on what I should do to tackle this and maybe help my hair grow back?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I've been really anxious about something and could use some advice. I had protected sex with a prostitute, and honestly, I'm feeling pretty guilty and worried about it. I'm trying to understand my risk of getting HIV from this. I got an Elisa test done 92 days after the encounter, and the result came back negative with a reading of 0.08. Should I consider this result to be final?

The ELISA test result after 92 days with a negative result and a value of 0.08 is likely conclusive. _HIV Testing Window Period:_ 1. _Most HIV tests_: Detect HIV antibodies within 23-90 days after exposure. 2. _ELISA test_: Typically detects HIV antibodies within 90 days. _Your Test Result:_ 1. _Negative result_: Indicates no detectable HIV antibodies. 2. _Value of 0.08_: This is below the threshold for a positive result. _Conclusive Result:_ Based on the test result and the time frame, it's likely that you don't have HIV. However, to be absolutely sure, consider: 1. _Repeat testing_: After 6 months to confirm the result. 2. _Discuss with a healthcare professional_: Share your concerns and test results with a doctor. Remember, it's essential to practice safe sex and get regular check-ups to maintain your sexual health.

I've been dealing with pimples that were starting to heal, but it's been really slow. They began to dry up, so I tried applying some moisturizer and rubbed it a bit, thinking it would help. But now it's worse because I rubbed too hard, and my skin started oozing this watery liquid. By the next morning, it developed pus. I went to see a doctor, and they recommended I use T BACT cream. Do you think that'll actually help? I'm kind of worried about what to do next.

Refrain from rubbing or picking at the area to avoid further irritation or damage. Let the skin heal naturally. After the cream has been absorbed, you can apply a gentle, non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated. This will help prevent further dryness and irritation.T-Bact (Mupirocin) should help treat the infection and promote healing. It's essential to use it as directed by your doctor and avoid further irritation or picking at the skin. If the situation does not improve or worsens, seek follow-up care from your doctor.

I'm dealing with a situation here where I've been using adaferin gel for an hour every night and rejuglow face wash after getting advice from my doctor for my acne. But now, after a week, my acne's really flared up, and my skin's super dry, with itchy patches around my nose, mouth, and eyes. It's so dry, and even when I try to put on a moisturizer or use rose water, it burns. Am I doing something wrong, or is there something else I should try?

clinsol gel for local application is advised..
