I accidentally burned my leg with hot water and I've been using Silverex ointment, Burnosaf ointment, Lizolib, and taking Dalacin tablets. But there's still a lot of itching and pain. Do you have any advice on how to make this heal faster?

Burns can be painful and itchy, but with the right treatment, you can promote healing and reduce discomfort.

Current Treatment

You're already using:

  1. Silverex ointment: Helps prevent infection and promotes healing.
  2. Burnosaf ointment: Soothes and protects the skin.
  3. Lizolib: An antibiotic ointment to prevent infection.
  4. Dalacin tablet: An oral antibiotic to prevent infection.

Additional Measures to Promote Healing and Reduce Discomfort

  1. Keep the wound clean and dry: Gently clean the area with mild soap and lukewarm water. Pat dry with a clean towel.
  2. Apply a topical anesthetic cream: Over-the-counter (OTC) creams like lidocaine or benzocaine can help numb the area, reducing pain and itching.
  3. Use a cool compress: Apply a cool, wet compress to the affected area to reduce itching and discomfort.
  4. Take an oral antihistamine: If the itching is severe, an OTC antihistamine like diphenhydramine (Benadryl) can help relieve itching and reduce the allergic response.
  5. Keep the area moisturized: Once the wound is healed, apply a moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated and promote skin elasticity.

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with a scabies infestation for the last four weeks. I've already tried taking teczine for 12 days, used HH fuduic cream, and also took Xyzal for 12 days along with micodoxbx and the same cream. I even applied permetrin all over my body twice and took ivermectol 12mg twice, but it keeps coming back. Can you help me figure out why it's not going away and what else I can do to get rid of it?

Your treatment is correct but recurrence might be due to lack of hygiene, focus in that aspect and have one more course of the treatment

I'm really struggling with alopecia, and it feels like its taken over my life and happiness. It all began when I was in 6th grade, and within a year, the hair loss spread all over my body. Because of this, I haven't been able to go out or even attend school. What should I do? Can you offer any advice?

I'm dealing with hair loss, dandruff, and an itchy scalp, and a dermatologist at DHI suggested I try keraglo men. I'm worried and have some questions about it. First, is it really safe to take keraglo men? If I decide to stop, will there be any side effects? Are there any other supplements I should consider using alongside it, and what happens if I stop them too? I'm also curious if I can take Becosules along with keraglo men. Id appreciate any additional insight you might have.

Dont worry you are in right way follow your doctors advice and yes you cantake vitamin supplements its good
