Question

I've been dealing with some really bad dandruff lately. It's not just in my scalp but the whole nose area too, which has turned red, hard, and dry. The scales that come off are either white or yellowish, and they seem kind of oily. Plus, I've got these painful boils on my nose that just won't go away. And there's a lot of itching and hairfall. I'm really worried about all thiswhat could be causing it, and how can I get some relief?
