It seems like you are experiencing a persistent rash with itching sensation. Since the medication prescribed by the dermatologist did not provide relief, I recommend trying a different approach. You can try using a combination of hydrocortisone cream and antihistamine such as Cetirizine. Apply the hydrocortisone cream twice a day on the affected areas and take Cetirizine 10mg once daily for relief from itching. Make sure to follow this regimen for at least a week and see if there is any improvement in your symptoms.
