Question
I've been experiencing this really odd crackling sound in my ears for over two years now. Whenever I swallow, speak, or even move the muscles in my ears, there's this popping or crisping noise. It started after I went scuba diving and I've also listened to a lot of loud music in the past. I've seen a doctor about it, but they said everything seems fine. I'm just not sure why both my ears still make these sounds. Do you have any thoughts on what it might be? Are there any over-the-counter treatments, herbs, or supplements that could help with this?
