Question
I've been experiencing some pretty severe pain in my throat every time I take a deep breath. This started after I accidentally burnt my throat while smoking. Do you have any suggestions or prescriptions that might help with this?

severe throat pain when taking a deep breath, especially after a burn injury from smoking, may indicate a possible throat infection, inflammation, or scar tissue formation; consider consulting an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist
