I've been experiencing very painful menstrual cramps and my doctor recommended I try Meftal Spas tablets. They've been really helpful in relieving my pain for about 5 to 6 hours, and I've been taking them whenever the pain gets too intense. But now I'm noticing that my periods are getting delayed and the cramps seem to be even more painful. Could these things be side effects of the tablets?
