Question

I've been feeling this cramping-like pain on the right side of my abdomen, and my doctor advised I get an ultrasound and some blood work done, including an LFT. The results came back, and everything looks normal, even my liver size. But then it says I've got a Grade 3 fatty liver. Is it normal to have such a thing when the other tests are fine? How common is this, and what should I be doing about it? Could there be some underlying serious issue I should be worried about?
