Question

I've been having some issues with shortness of breath, especially when I'm lying down, and I've noticed I can't burp properly sometimes. It's been going on for a couple of months now, and I'm getting a bit worried. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I sometimes get these palpitations and it's really concerning. I don't usually have any chest pain or trouble breathing when it happens.
