I've been having some pain in my right ear ever since I accidentally slept with my earphones on all night. Could this have caused any damage, and what should I do about it?

My daughter, who's 5 now, has been having really frequent nosebleeds like at least twice a week ever since she was one year old. We've been using Botroclot, Neosporin ointment, and ice almost all the time. The bleeding is quite heavy and doesn't stop unless we use Botroclot.
