I've been having some trouble with my anal area lately. It feels like it gets really tight and ends up hurting during bowel movements. It almost feels like the walls are tearing. What could be causing this, and how can I make it better?

I'm experiencing some discomfort and it's making me quite worried. I recently dealt with a lower respiratory infection which is now better, but I've been having these digestion issues since.
