Question

You know, I've been noticing something strange the past couple of weeks. Every time I eat something a bit oily, like in certain sabjis, or even just drink a not-too-cold cold drink, I get this shortness of breath. It's been really concerning for me. I've tried using DSR and gesowel, and they seem to give me a bit of relief, but I'm still worried. I'm wondering if exercise might help with this. Could something like jogging or walking be beneficial? I've gained some weight since I'm mostly inactive due to my job, so I'm a bit obese now. Any advice on how to handle this situation?
