I've been noticing some white particles in my urine almost every morning. There's no itching or irritation, but I'm concerned because this doesn't seem normal. What could this be?

UTIs are a common cause of white particles in the urine. UTIs occur when bacteria enter the urethra and make their way to the bladder, kidneys, or ureter, where they multiply and cause the infection. Less commonly, viruses, parasites, or fungi entering the urinary tract may cause a UTI. consult nephrologist

I'm really concerned because my sex timing is only around 5 to 10 seconds, and I just can't seem to go a second time after that. It's starting to affect how much I enjoy my married life. Can you give me some advice or suggestions on what I might do to help with this?
Premature ejaculation It needs psychological as well as physiological assessment , this problem will improve with medicines and counselling .I can understand ur concern that you are worried but As u are young , scope of improvement is there. First of all with medicine ,we will build up self confidence to perform better every time, then hopefully this will resolve permanently . It will happen, don't worry be happy :).

I'm struggling with maintaining sexual activity for longer than 35 minutes. I'm curious if taking Viagra could help, but I'm really concerned about any potential side effects it might have. Could you give me some advice on this?
